These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the EnglishYug Academy website (eshubb.de) and to all our live online classes and courses. By using the website, booking a demo or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

EnglishYug Academy provides live online English training, including spoken English, exam preparation, career and industry English, and kids & teens classes, delivered on Google Meet or Zoom, along with study material on our learning platform.

2. Free demo class

A free demo class helps us understand your level and suggest the right course. It does not oblige you to enrol. We may limit free demos to one per person.

3. Enrolment and fees

  • Course fees, batch timings and duration are shared with you before enrolment.
  • Your seat in a batch is confirmed only after the fee (or the agreed instalment) is received.
  • Fees are payable in advance through the payment methods we provide.
  • Any instalment plan must be paid on time to keep access to classes.

4. Classes and attendance

  • Classes are live and run as per the batch schedule shared with you.
  • Please join on time with a working internet connection, microphone and, where possible, camera.
  • Missed classes are generally not repeated. We share the topic and practice material so you can catch up, and may help you join another batch where possible.
  • We may occasionally reschedule a class because of trainer unavailability or technical issues. We will inform you in advance and arrange a make-up class.

5. Student conduct

Students must be respectful to trainers and classmates. Abusive language, harassment, sharing inappropriate content or disrupting classes may lead to removal from the course without refund.

6. Course material and recordings

All class material, notes, worksheets and content on our learning platform belong to EnglishYug Academy and are for your personal use only. You may not record, copy, share or resell classes or material without our written permission.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your student account login private. Accounts are for a single learner and must not be shared.

8. Results

We work hard to help every learner improve. However, results depend on each learner’s effort, attendance and practice, so we do not guarantee any specific exam score, job or visa outcome.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

EnglishYug Academy is not responsible for losses caused by internet or device problems on the learner’s side, or by third-party platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom or payment providers. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the course concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
